The Inaugural Keira’s Winter Klassic

Keira’s Krusade is thrilled to announce the inaugural Keira’s Winter Klassic, which will take place on February 3rd, 2018! Hosted by SJRA, this one-day, outdoor ringette tournament is open to eight U12 A2 and A3 teams. All proceeds from our event will go to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation in direct support of the fight against pediatric brain cancer!! All funds raised here in Manitoba stay in Manitoba.

Keira’s Winter Klassic will be a full day of fun, starting with a pancake breakfast, ringette games all day, fun activities for the kids, and a social evening complete with a fantastic silent auction!

Keira’s Kit

During the event, all players will receive Keira’s Kit (a player’s bag) to recognize their participation. We will be grateful for any donation in kind to include in Keira’s Kit.

Update – November, 2017: 

Plans are well underway for Keira’s Winter Klassic. There are in excess of 50 volunteers coming together to help out in all areas of the event: players bags, silent auction, tournament schedule, canteen and kitchen, P.R., sponsorship, social evening and much more!! Thank you everyone!

The KWK Directors, Chelsea and Trista, continue to do a fantastic job planning and organizing everything down to the last detail! This is going to be a fantastic day, with ALL of the proceeds going to CCMF via Keira’s Krusade, in support of children fighting brain cancer. It goes without saying, this is such an incredibly important cause.
